Well done. I was where you are just 11 weeks ago. I’m now loving running 30 mins at a time. You can do this.
W2 stretches you a bit but you can do it. Enjoy!

Well done. Remember W2 run is half as much again so just keep your pace slow. It’s amazing how we actually have to think about keeping slow. Don’t let enthusiasm make you speed up. Slow & steady and you’ll smash W2 too 👍
