So 25 mins. Bring ot on. Stopping npw is worse than running through.

So off we go 10 mins is relatively easy now (who would have thought It). Hurray massive rainstorm. Very cooling.

So keep going slowly slowly hit 25 mins and it feels like I'm on autopilot. It's a very strange feeling. Decide to push a little and stop at 28 minutes.

Very very VERY happy.... sweating profusely though lol. But as I was told today. Keep going Dad sweat is just the fat crying.....

I love that saying. I need it on a running top

Week 7 next....
