Graduation run! Who knew?

So. It’s done!!! From w1r1 on 18 February to w9r3 this morning (or should that be w15?!). Not quite twice as long but there was all that snow and a 10 day holiday and of course my bete noire w7 which went on for a month.

I am astonished to be honest. Really didn’t think i would persevere, particularly as I’m not someone who likes to be told what to do but I was unusually compliant with Laura - ran when she said run, walked when she said walk and just kept at it. And here I am. Running for 30 minutes - slowly but surely - and feeling very good about it too. The inevitable afterglow has more than a bit of pride mixed in with it today.

Support and advice on here has been great (I’ve never posted on a forum before) and has really helped keep me focused and determined. Thank you.

Well done! I’m nearly at the end and as baffled as you are. It really does work and the forum is a delight. Enjoy the moment 🥂🎉🏃🏻‍♀️
