Having a few issues with controlling my blood sugar levels now. Ran my WK7R2 today and like the last 25 min run at the end of week 6. When I left to do my run I was 7.5 which I’ve been at most of the day. On a low carb diet so not using much insulin. Did my 25 min run then had a shower. Tested my levels before dinner and I was 17.5!😱. That’s a massive increase on an empty stomach and a 25 min run!. I seem to be pulling sugar out of thin air😳.
