Proven wrong again!!

So the other day I was on here saying how iv been repeating runs afraid of that jump on w5 r2 to r3 and the fear of not being able to do it, as always the support to just go for it was great! I did it!! And I didn't pass out, or throw up, or everything bad I imagined would happen! At the very most I thought there is no way I'm making it through 20 mins without stopping and I'd just have to deal with that and try again , but I completed it! I truly am still amazed how it really does work and how wonderful the support and advice is on here! Bring on week 6! Thanks for helping me to keep going!

Well done! I’ve just finished W3 R3. It was ok and I’m pleased. But I’ve just looked at W4 R1 and am quite nervous, I don’t know whether I can do that 😑

Hang onto that buzz, but be careful with W6R1. It is tricky, so nice and slow.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thanks Iannoda , I looked at w6r1 and was confused by the jump from 20 back to smaller but more runs , but I intend to keep it nice and slow :)

I think it’s about recovery and building strength slower to avoid injury. I expected it to be easy after 20 mins, but my legs were just about recovered so it was still hard.

It increases overall duration for the first time since the beginning of W4..........brisk walking expends energy at almost the same level as a gentle jog.

Well done! Big milestone. I echo the warning about W6 - respect it by going slowly or it may bite. But you can do this to the end now you’ve done the 20.

Just done w6r1 and after advice from everyone I took it nice and steady and it was fine. It wasn’t my best run but the bite wasn’t too bad! I’m onto r2 tomorrow so I’ll let you know how it goes!

Brilliant Lisha!

Congratulations, that is your big half way milestone.

I've just noticed that others have already earned about taking it easier for W6R1..

Good luck.
