So...I have just signed up for my first ever 5k in July - in theory it should be a week after I graduate (fingers crossed!). I am actually quite looking forward to it, having only ever done one 5k in my life (and walking most of that!). I think that having a focus will possibly help me - and I have colleagues who will be there, so don't want to end up eating their dust haha!
Too much do you think? Unfortunately I won't have my trusty dog with me, nor the running playlist I have recently downloaded, but so what? I can do this right...?

The programme is slow and steady. Work your way carefully through it and you’ll be fine
Your race for life will be do-able post graduation. Just think slow and steady and you'll nail these sessions. Read the accompanying notes - link to the right of the page
I hope you keep running post grad and race for life 😃👍
