Up and ran early, much better than R2 in the heat, tried a few slopes today, hard going but what goes up must come down and the downs were good. Strange that the body takes about ten minutes to settle into a breathing rhythm, but it don't last the whole run, the last five minutes are tough. Hopefully it will improve as usual with this program. 28 minutes next!
