congratulations Mickiayre in completing THAT week 5 run 3, it's the run that most people here on C25K worry about most, from 10 to 20 minutes, I bet that man cutting the grass wondered what 'that was all about' I completed that run around a loch in Scotland 2 weeks ago, felt great.

Well done ... hopefully that’ll be me on Sunday and it does look like a big step so every time I read someone say they’ve managed it, it helps me believe I can do it too.

Very well done! Big landmark in the programme and you smashed it!

Give W6 the respect it needs - going back to interval runs makes it easy to go too fast now you have this huge run under your belt. Many of us have been bitten by it.
