For all those just starting out feeling nervous and worried about the 90 second runs, trust the programme & believe in yourself.
I am genuinely loving this and so glad I started. W4R2 completed this morning and yes at times it was a bit harder (the 2nd 5min one in particular) I am delighted with my progress, I can see my body shape changing and I do feel so much fitter.
Expensive gym membership cancelled, all I need is Laura! π
