Just completed first ‘stepping stones’ run! New running belt and headphones tried and tested. Managed to keep up with majority of it...happy days! Good start to my first day back at work after maternity leave 😁🏃‍♀️

Great stuff! I did the speed one yesterday - which one was yours?

It didn’t say. It was the first one on the list. It was great though as it built up the speed as you went through so by the end you run 160 beats per min. I didn’t quite keep up with it but still really enjoyed it.

They are good but tough! Mine was a 10 min run then 6 or so fast 1 minute interval runs. Took me a while to get the 1,2,3,4 beat tho! 😊

I can’t keep up with the beat for the whole run. Did better today. Managed to keep up for first twenty minutes today which I was chuffed with. Think I’ll dip into the stamina one next week to see if it makes a difference and then come back to this one.
