Week 9 run 3 tomorrow I will do this, then Wed I go to Cyprus for a well deserved holiday. I have graduated before, but the hurt my knee and lost motivation, so trying again although I am slow and run on a running track this is mine its hard and my legs want to give in and me after first 5 mins, but onwards I go.
