Back home and went back to my treadmill to get my confidence up, got through the 28 mins but q slowly. Need to think about increasing speed for sections of run I think... But they all count don’t they? Happy to be moving on again to w9. Back to work this week so that will bring usual challenges, that plus coping with the holiday washing... 😂

Hey Lydia
Yes, all the runs count, even if you only ran for 15 minutes. A run is exactly a run and the fact that you are running it, is amazing. I'm slow, so slow, but after beating myself up and stressing about it, I don't really care so much anymore, I'm running and that's the main thing. Well done 😊👍

Well done, but just why do you need to speed up?
Not according to this article womensrunning.competitor.co...
Run slow, live longer.

Well Done! Just carry on doing what you're doing - absolutely no need to speed up at the moment.
Being able to run for 30 minutes non-stop is a massive achievement no matter what speed you do it at

Well done As the others have said, don’t worry about pace until at least after graduation... if ever!
