Hi , every one , well confession time , I was about to do wk 5 r 3 , the 20 min one , and didn’t , really disappointed in myself , then I have been away on holiday , so not done anything for nearly 2 weeks , I don’t want to stop , but do you think I should go back a week or two , just to build myself up again , any tips will be great, cheers

Ive just had this dilemma having missed nearly 10 days of running or exercise. I ran the last run I did, which for me was wk8r3, if that didn't go so well I was prepared to repeat week 8 however I did the repeat run this morning and I was actually ok, I went even slower than usual if that is at all possible but my legs or lungs didn't let me down. So I would redo wk5r2 and see how that goes. good luck
