Finally the fear was faced. First ten minutes was hard but after 12 minutes I started to get into my stride. Glad it's done and had the company of a fox this morning too.

I seem to be getting all three runs into a week but should I just be running every other day. Seems people do different things. I go to the gym on the other days and have two rest days but worried I shouldnt be leaving the runs too far apart?

3 days over 7 is plenty. Well done on your run and your wild company!

Well done, it is a psychological milestone, but don't get cocky about W6R1.........it catches a lot of people out.

The guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... explains how to set out your runs. What you are doing sounds fine.

Enjoy your journey.
