Well I needed a shed load of willpower to go out this morning but did it.

For those that run in the morning do you eat anything beforehand and if so what do you eat?

Well done! Whether I eat depends how early it is - I went out at 8.30 this morning so had a banana, but when I go out at 6.30 I just have a glass of water. It seems to work better for me if I don’t eat much beforehand.

I usually have a banana after I come back from my run, whatever part in the C25K program I am at, yesterday it was week 7 run 2. I always give at least an hour break from when I have my breakfast of Alpine cereal, toast and a drink of milk. Never eat a lot of anything before going out on a run.
