Strangely enough the first 10 mins wasn’t as hard as the two separate 10 min runs 2 days ago and I had a rest walk between those . Has anyone else found that?.
The last 5 mins were a killer though!.

I’m with Jay66 on this. Once I got into it I found continuous running much easier than slowing down to walk then running again. Maybe I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough?
Just take your time and you’ll be fine. Good luck with everything.
