I'm not a natural runner either not even at school but I'm up for the challenge. I've just started C2 5K just finished the first week!

Setting the pace/speed for brisk walk and jogging is a knack. Not too fast or too slow.

If you really struggle why not walk at a normal pace then walk at a faster pace to begin with then move on to jogging. There is also nothing wrong with repeating a week either.

My end goal is to do 'my version' of a triathlon.

It works! Nine weeks ago I was a non runner. On Monday I complete the programme! I'm 51. If I can do it......!
