First up I found that harder for some reason than the 1st run of week 6. By the end I thought I was going to throw up?. What’s that all about?. It’s not like I havnt run for 10 mins before.
Secondly on my last 10 min run (stop reading now if your easily offended!) I was coming up a path next to a kids play park when I suddenly felt like I needed to let out ....... a little tommy squeaker shall we say🤔. I did my best to release in the stealthiest way possible but with earphones in and Ac/Dc blaring out it it’s hard to judge.
Failed big style😳. Although I heard nothing I watched in horror as every man woman and child stopped what they were doing and all turned towards me 😣.
I’m going to have to find somewhere else to run

Not sure if it was intentional but you the picture you painted with your post made me howl with laughter.
I'm sorry you were ill and had every Tom Dick and Harry witness it. Do you think it was just a glitch? Perhaps going back and repeating week 5 again? If nothing else it may give you some confidence,
Not sure. I’ve heard other people say the 2nd run seemed harder than the 1st on week 6 . I was literally gasping for breath on that one tonight. Maybe I just need to slow down even more!
I’m fine just embarrassed . I hope there were no parents from my sons class in that play park😬
