Definitely go for it just watch where you are going. The uneveness will be good exercise for your legs and core. You might not be able to run it wet so do it while you can. Finding new routes is great - Im lucky enough to have lots of choices both on and off road locally but am always looking for new ones to do or link in.
Running offroad is generally much gentler on the joints from an impact perspective but harder on the ankles, initially at least, because of unevenness, but will ultimately make your ankles stronger.
It is also, as far as I am concerned, the real reason for running. Charging through the fields at dawn, or through the forests scaring the wildlife, is what running is all about for me. It beats parks or residential streets any day.
I run on a short section of track like that and after about three or four minutes of negotiating the tyre tracks I’m glad to see the back of it. Personally I wouldn’t want to do several km on that. I’d be worried the ankles were taking too much of a pummelling. Good luck!
