Last one until next week as I have a 35 mile charity bike ride on Sunday! I hope it goes better than last year as I tangled handlebars with my other half and fell off and had to have a plate and 6 screws in my ankle 😬

Hi Bridget, Well done completing another run and all the very best for tomorrow! Wow! 35 miles! Surely that is much harder than 30 minutes running. I wonder whether the course is flat or hilly.

Thank you 😊 I’m not sure how hard it’s going to be as I fell off at 20 miles last year! I do remember the people who brought me back to the start in their car went up some very steep hills! My friend whom I normally cycle with is doing it as well tomorrow and we spend more time exercising our jaws talking than our legs cycling 😂

My sister has a bike ride next Sunday too! We are due to due the final week 9 run on Monday. After that she can ride her bike!! And I will run. I'm not good on a bike..!
