Another 9/1 run done today....

There have been a couple of other 9/1er's here today, and I'm #3! Perfect evening for it. Blue skies, warm, about 20 degrees, light wind. Sounds idyllic apart from the huffing and puffing and burning legs and sweating! Nice eh? Anyhoo, all done, Gremlins at the start for sure....wouldn't it be better to walk, why am I doing this, it hurts so you might as well stop....but kept going and pushed through and the second 15 mins is always better!!! 2 more to go this week....and who'd have thought it! Onward.....

Yes indeed - just down the road from you! Quite happy to be running in cooler weather! I've managed all my runs in the dry though - no rain. Okay so some have been when on holiday in France, but the majority all local. My run tonight might be different though...forecast not so good!
