Just like Mrscindyb I've done Wk6 r3 earlier this morning. Tough or what; I keep on wanting to walk, especially when I'm bored! I shouldn't be bored as I've got a beautiful area to run in; I can see the the sea, the boats, the park, the lake with swans, geese and ducks, the trees, other people who are trudging to work and aren't as brilliant at running as me and I'm already wondering how the next 3 runs are going to be. I know I'm lucky with my running area, but I still get bored. I've tried music, podcast and silence!
Oh well, only a lot more running to do! And I feel better already!
