W8 R1 yay!

Found a really good post on here last night (can’t find it now) by IannodaTruffe about turning negative worries into positive thoughts and just enjoying the challenges. How it worked! This morning at 5am I completed my best run yet, everything felt right and for the first time I felt exhilarated at the end of it. Just me, the birds, bunnies and the all important Fat Boy Slim and Eminem to spur me on. So pleased!

Well done Tracey . I’ve discovered as the weeks have gone by that actually I struggle with my mind rather than my legs . He has said the same thing to me- always brilliant advice and makes total sense. I’m always fighting this voice saying “stop now- you can’t go on” but so far I have. As will you!

Brilliant!! I'm almost betting that "Lose Yourself" was one of the Eminem tracks. Almost THE perfect running song....

Just 5 more runs to go now Tracey :-)

Absolutely! I’m so obsessed with my playlist he’s actually timed to come in at the end of the run. It’s wonderful how different songs literally spur you on and make you try that bit harder. Good luck with your next run!
