Anyone who saw my previous post will know my problem with Micheal fading in at 2.5 minutes of the 5 minute run and me thinking this was time for the walk. Anyway I was ready for him tonight - the music faded out - Micheal chipped in and I knew before he spoke I was only half way through. No disappointment, no frustration - I knew I needed to dig a bit deeper - nailed it!! I forgot he then came in with a minute to go - my heart sank - he got me again!
For anyone heading to W4 - on this run I found the first 3 & 5 min a little difficult, but the second ones were surprisingly OK - I guess my body had warmed up by then. I was knackered though - and was wondering - when the coaches say that at the end of the run we should keep our legs moving - does the fact that my legs were shaking like those of a tickled dog count as keeping them moving!
Honestly I'm surprised I'm able to do this - but really impressed with the way it is structured - looking forward to W5 in a weird way. All the best everyone!
