I have seriously struggled with week 6, as I notice from, some previous posts others have to. I do feel a sense of achievement especially after feeling hopeless and angry at myself. If I am honest, I'm not looking forward to moving on to week 7. Is it wrong to stay at week 6 until I'm comfortable?
I'm so happy especially as I will not be running for a few days now as going to Liverpool, not that nothing prevents me from running there, other than my sincere desire to chill, which on this occasion will be winning the day π

Enjoy your stay in Liverpool Kim and when you come back, if you wish, repeat week 6. You started out and got to week 6 without too many problems, when you do run, go as they all say here, 'slow and steady'. You have already got that sense of achievement so don't give up, you can repeat as many weeks as you want to, this is not a race. Do not think of week 7, once you feel confident, then go on to the next week. Remember you got to week 6 after running for 20 minutes of week 5 day 3. No, it's not wrong to feel uncomfortable staying with week 6, go on to week 7 when you do feel comfortable The night before I ran my first 20 minute run of W5R3 I only slept for 3 hours as I admit I was feeling very nervous as I had never ran for that long ever in my life, even at school my longest run was 10 minutes, but after I ran 20 minutes there was no going back, best of luck to you.
