This morning did the last week 1 Run...worried about week 2 and this 3rd run felt worse than run 2 a little in let's but more so breathing....Is there any guidance on breathing or just my lungs getting used to the effort!!! Stayed at same speed 8.5kmph but would have slowed a little if longer then 60 seconds...
