WE DID IT!!!!
Out this morning at 06:20 as usual. Sarah was ready and waiting for us and for the last time on the program, she started us off on the five minute walk. Then the final 30 minutes of C25K. A bit quicker this morning and covered just over 4K but now we can run, we can do it anywhere. On holiday in France next week, so will be looking for some lovely spots for a bit of Running Tourism.
Feeling just a little chuffed. 
Well done rumour youve Graduated and deservedly so, enjoy France, dont forget yer trainers
