I've just struggled through R1w5..I knew from the moment I got home from work feeling a bit tender in calves ( Im a martyr to them๐ lol) that it wasn't going to go well..my legs and feet felt like they were made of lead from the get go. I got through it by going slower than I'VE ever done..even in the walking sections.. but the weird thing was that in last 60 seconds of final run I went over time a bit..thing is folks this is on a treadmill..which is suppose to be easier. In my defence though I think it's on an incline..I say THINK because it as given to me by a friend..no instruction manual and is very basic model...but it look like it is on a slight incline rather than really flat. I bought a fan..I can't recommend it enough to indoor runners.. I'm beginning to think that there are two types of runners.. one lot are elated whilst they are running..he other half are ecstatic when Laura says we can stop now !!๐
