I DID IT!!!! I ran for 20 minutes, I am so proud!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a halfway cheer team as I ran past my parents and dogs on a dog walk, I needed that as I was starting to struggle. I slowed it down as I realised I was running at about 6min/km and that was NOT sustainable for the full time. I punched the air and shouted as I heard Jo tell me to stop, what an amazing feeling.
There seems to be chat about W6R1 actually seeming harder, why did people find that? I am intrigued to find out!!
Isn't it amazing what our bodies and willpower can do???? Well done all, feeling the C25K community today!!!

Well done and it’s an amazing feeling doing this run particularly when most of us thought the first couple of weeks were a struggle!! The W6R1 run is another run albeit with walking intervals which I think can be hard to get your head round when you’ve just ran for 20 mins!! Like everything else in this program, I’ve learned to accept there’s a rationale for it and just go for it!!! 🏃♀️
