Well it turns out 2nd time is lucky. I finally managed to complet run 3 of week6. I've not done any running outside yet. Yesterday the heat was crazy in the house and I couldn't finish my run, only managed 12 mins.
Today I thought I'd give it another shot, although this time I decided to place a huge fan in front of my treadmill and slow my pace right down to 3.9 mph. What do you know I only bloody got to the end π
Feeling accomplished but slightly knackered. Btw is it normal to feel like your head might explode after running that long? I'm slightly beetroot in the face now haha.

I did EXACTLY the same - treadmill at home for Run 3 Week 6 - did the five minute warm up and had to stop after six minutes of the run because of the heat. 12 minutes only, and defeated. Yesterday, did it again in a nearby Gym with fans, and managed the 25 minute run quite well.
