Go at your own pace, you will know in yourself when you can push it on a bit or need to slow down.

You know your own body and aches and pains.

If you can still hold a conversation it’s fine. If not then slow down. You’re going at a fair old speed for a new runner so don’t be afraid to ease it off as you go through the weeks.

No such thing as too slow... but maybe head out for your next run?

In week 4 myself, I came to find that there indeed is no ‘too slow’, but that there is a ‘too fast’!

Cheers tjar I seemed to cope with the pace so will stick to it for now and if I struggle will adjust
