It is but it is do able. You should be fine. Like everyone told me on here. It's mental more than physical 😉you'll be fine 👍

Finished Wk 5 run 2 this morning.....found it not to bad but yes the jump to 20 mins for the next run is daunting.....but I guess someone smarter than me has worked out that this progression is right !

Everyone feels the same. Trust the program it works.
Rememberas others have said keep your pace steady. You wI'll find it will get easier after 10 minutes.
Yes it is a big jump, but I am sure you can do it. Just take it nice and steady . Good luck.
