I've just completed w1r2 after a number of years of very little exercise. I've piled the weight on (like 4 stone) so wondered how much weight you have lost doing this plan?

I have lost about three pounds but have not been doing this to loose weight so I would say with diet certainty of half stone?

You won't really lose weight with this amount of running but there's a lot of other health benefits. Get on to a health diet at the same time will work wonders.

You have to diet too to lose weight. Try slimming world 👍🏽

I've lost 5kg but I've been calorie counting and eating lean meat and an over abundance of vegetables.

I think the weight loss is more due to diet than the exercise, but I can go up stairs without puffing now, and I feel a lot healthier and fitter. My body is toning up and I fit into clothes I was too big for before, but I did start from obese class 2. I am also doing a 30 day abs challenge.

The running has helped motivate me, and if weight loss is your goal I hope it motivates you as well!
