So you have to get up earlier than 8am to beat the morning heat..... still, I ran for 30 minutes so I’m buzzing!!! I did stop at 27 minutes to stretch my stitch, it was unbearable! Strava pauses me.... cheeky!!! It was no more than 10 seconds!!!
I only reached 3.9km - so looking forward to trying to reach 4km in 30 minutes sometime soon .

Well done Keels, so glad that you decided to press on with week 9 and that it worked out so well for you - told you it was only two teeny-weeny extra minutes, didn't I?
You must be over the moon, and just two runs left to go now! I'll be doing this one tomorrow, so I'm right on your heels
I don’t know what I’d do without the encouragement from everyone on this forum!!! Even on my jog I’m thinking about getting Home & telling you all I survived 😂
Congratulations Keels!! Wooh hooo! Wk 9! OMG! Fantastic! W2R2 next for me! Looking forward to getting where you are. Thanks for tips on beating the heat too! ❤️
I’m at the same stage as you ! Did my week 9 #1 yesterday so two more to go ! I love getting up early to complete the run ahead of my day ... so 5 15 is my weekday time ! I’m just concerned to keep going ! I need a new app with new challenges
How do you know how far you have run? are you using a different app to monitor this as I can’t see distance on the c25k app. I use my health app but when I walk with my friend hers tells her we’ve walked further than mine says so not sure if it’s correct.
Hiya, I use strava. You can use it on your phone or smart watch if have one. I stopped tracking the warm up/down walks once the walking breaks finished in week 6 to give me an accurate jogging pace.
I believe map my run & endomondo are equally as good apps for tracking too x
