A little late starter at 58 yrs finally kept my promise to me and learning to run. Can’t believe I can run for 5 mins and still tell the tale.

Well done you, it's great isn't it. I've just done the same run this morning. Struggled on the last 5 minutes run but so proud and amazed how far I've come. I go out with some neighbour's at 6.30 in the morning. We're aged 49, 53 (me) and 55.
WOOHOO well done. Just finished that run myself. Now don’t want to scare you but on Friday (or near) you will be running for 20 mins with no breaks. How cool will that feel?
