Completed my first official 5k on Saturday as part of the Edinburgh marathon festival, what an amazing feeling crossing the finishing line. To those who are just starting this journey keep going! I feel like a different person since starting the couch to 5k back in January and you can truly do anything you put your mind to (and also put in the hard work) 😀 10k next 🤔😂
