Week 9 next for me! eeekkkk

I did it very early this morning W8R3, bit of a wobble on run 1 but 2 and 3 were ok, I can not believe I am on the last week off the app! I am so very glad there is only 2 more minutes on the end of the runs now, I always do the same circuit of streets so I think this will now take me to more or less where I start the run, I have never put my strava on along side so I have no idea what distance I have been running, my husband who is a runner says it is probably about 2 1/2 miles so I am hopeful in the next month or so I will manage 5k, these last 8 weeks have flew by, I am chuffed with myself as apart from the 1st run of this week I have always managed to do them, I never thought I would, so a day or 2 of rest days then last week, week 9, I'm coming to get you!!!! haha

Congrats. The finish line is in sight. I’m about to start week nine too. Like you I’m just thinking “just two more minutes” though I’m already mightily pleased when the 28 are up!! Good luck
