Looking forward to my graduation run

This is such a big deal for me. I will do it Tuesday or Wednesday this week. It is no exaggeration to say that this little app has literally changed me, my outlook on life, and my general health (including mental health) I first discovered C25K via the BBC news app, and thought "Come on they must be joking, surely it's impossible to achieve!" When I did W1R1 I wasn't even wearing trainers, and I didn't even OWN trainers! I am 60 years old and hadn't actually run since around 1975 when I last nearly missed the bus to school! Now look at me! Thank you app people from the bottom of my healthy heart, and thanks to all this lovely supportive online community. X
