I’m due to run 25mins and feel like I will give up midway because I get bored in the longer runs. I know it’s the aim to run for longer but how do I stay engaged? Music isn’t enough and I’ve tried listening to some things. Is there anything that someone has come across that will distract me from checking the time constantly? Any suggestions would be great to keep me going. So far I’ve looked forward to every run until now - I would like to make it to the end of the plan!

You've come this far, definitely don't give up! Trying a new route, even reverse your favoured route, keep those runs fresh and you'll get there 👍
You may find distraction helpful, so that the last things you think about are time and the physicality of running. If music doesn't do it, try podcasts or audiobooks.
I used to give myself a running commentary on everything that I could see, hear, feel and smell as I ran, in full florid sentences.
This is a common problem for new runners coming to terms with the longer duration runs, especially, unsurprisingly, for those using a treadmill.
In time, I found I preferred to run with no headphone input, only the sounds of the world around me and running becomes almost meditational and gloriously indulgent time to sort out my brain.
Keep looking forward to those runs.....each one is changing your body, mind and life.
You could try the guided runs from the Nike Run Club. Just download the app and look at all the options. I like the mindful guided runs with Coach Bennett and Andy Puddicombe of Headspace fame, but there are loads of others, too.
Remember, running or any exercise should be enjoyable. If you're not enjoying it... maybe consider something other form of exercise.
I really like listening to podcasts. I tried music in the beginning but for longer runs it didn't work for me. I usually listen to a podcast called NADDPOD, but obviously you would need to find one that you're interested in.
