Won't be running another half hour today - no señor! It was W9R2 so my final graduation run will be Tuesday or Wednesday depending on recovery. I would really love to smash through that 5k barrier!

The tears are real! I've done it all. It used to really kill me. Lately I've not been that bothered, but only because the programme offers plenty opportunity for other runs. For big runs, or if I'd a good idea I'd set new PR's I'd be in your camp... gutted! Just be extra careful for graduation. You do not want that one to go wrong. It's silly eh, I mean, we still did the run, our fitness levels will improve as a result, but if we don't have the proof, we're in bits. I have so many apps running that I get my OH to run Strava and add me. unfortunately it doesn't record achievements for me that way, but nonetheless if he falls begins I get annoyed that my efforts are wasted as it won't be recorded - how sad is that!!!

See the bit where you say ‘When you complete your run’? That’s the important bit. You completed it. I totally get the frustration but the main thing is the run and in that you were successful.
