That’s not a description of me by the way, had to run without MJ and music this morning as forgot my headphones 🎧 but on the positives had the each almost to myself think it used muscles I didn’t know I had but will know more tomorrow 💪🏻 just chuffed I made it ! 🏃‍♀️

Well done Lydia, that beach looks lovely - I am off on my travels soon and (depending on how things go) may get to do an early morning run on a beach later this week. Sounds like a very tempting idea
