This is the second time I've done this trying to run the 28 minutes without stopping it's getting better but had to stop 3 times for roughly 20 seconds don't know what's happening as I done r1 ok . Will keep hitting that repeat button until I get there, overall I feel great this plan is amazing 😊😊

That’s good running... 28 minutes is huge when you think how soon we get to it. Maybe go really slowly in the first 5 minutes to ease your way into your rhythm. 20 seconds isn’t long, so you’ll soon be there. You know you can do it of course, some runs are just tougher than others, so there maybe no reason other than that here. Have a great run next time out.

It's ok to stop.It really is.Starting slower is definitely worth trying. The temptation to wizz out the door is massive. But slow is gooood.28 mins no stopping is in reach!

Have you watched this slow jogging video on YouTube? (link below, hopefully). I found it quite helpful... I won’t necessarily slow jog all the time, but I tried it and it gave me another perspective and another technique. It’s a style of running in it’s own right - or could be a gear to switch into rather than stop... I also found focusing purely on keeping my breathing under control very helpful - trying to run so slowly I could take long steady breaths and genuinely talk (rather than say a few words then have to catch my breath). I had thought I was relatively comfortable before trying this but realised after there is another range of gears to be used!

Great video, thanks for posting. I tend to do slow jogging anyway but nice to see that there is a real association! Will look that up. Oldfloss have you seen this video?
