I’ve been a bit of a lurker up to now, but have found everyone’s posts and replies really inspirational. I have lost 2 and half stone since January (i was very very big) and started the program to help with all that.

Every run has been a challenge for me, I’m heading out for W4r2 this morning, and I just wanted to say thank you all for your encouragement (even though you didn’t know it was happening!) 🙄

When I first look at each new week my first reaction is “I’ll never do that”, so reading the posts on here has been great. It’s been uncomfortable but I’m not letting that stop me, and I’m hoping to get my speed up to snail pace soon😂😂😂

Hi Shaddyg! Welcome to the forum! You are already doing brilliantly - that weight loss is fantastic! sallenson will be thrilled you need to speed up to find your inner snail! 🐌🐌🐌

Good luck with your W4R2. Who are you listening to? I’m sticking with Sarah. I just think it’s so funny when she says ‘I find it easier to...’. Do you Sarah? That makes it easier for you, does it? 😂😂 And I think when she tells me I’m doing brilliantly she sounds like my grandma! (Even though my gran was from Bolton, not the north east!).

Love it! I’m with Sarah too, she called me flower once and it made my day! 🙄 I giggle every time the advice re imagining someone on the other side of a hedge who can’t guess whether I am walking or running. That’s only going to be a possibility if they are deaf, as no one makes the noises I make when walking 🤣🤣
