So this is my last week. Loved every minute (ish) and I'm considering my next steps. Has anyone any experience of apps for moving up to 10k and how big a jump is it? Thanks

There are some apps but you might want to look at this post, from the FAQs healthunlocked.com/couchto5... .
Basically though the most common advice is to consolidate your 30 min runs for a couple of weeks and then many people move to the Bridge to 10K forum on here where one of the admins runs a 10K programme (no app but you follow the weekly posts on there). Good luck with your last week!

I found it much easier to go to 10k than 5k! Only took me 16 days from graduation, although I’d done 3 5ks by then. Once you get going at a slow pace, you can just plod on. They do recommend only 10% increases each week though. You could sign up to ju-ju’s plan on the bridge to 10k forum. No app but a program to follow.
