🥉🥉🥉I have just completed the couch to 5k app with the superb and wonderful "Sarah Millican" supporting me all the way xxx🥉🥉🥉
I couldn't even run a bath, let alone 5k.. well I've done it and patted my self on the back after every run..
I actually ran 3.15miles which is roughly 5 kilometres without stopping, so anyone reading this who feels that they can't do it... YOU CAN!!! AND WILL...
Good luck to you all, stick at it, you will succeed... I'm now going to join a Park run on Saturdays and also Im now running at least every other evening and I'm loving it..
I've lost over 2 stone, joined a gym, cut out drinking every night of the week, taken up cycling, which I haven't done in years and now drinking lots of water,4-6 sports bottle size a day..
I'm looking younger, feeling younger, my skins is now so smooth and the main thing is I'm feeling good...
