I waited until it was a bit cooler. Completed it and I enjoyed the continually running I feel the interval breaks don’t work for me.
I am going straight to week 6 and excited because as Mike J tells you it’s just a slow jog
Going to the gym I think helps with the will power and focus as well as stretching out really well after the run.
Find someone you can send your success to stage by stage it IMO helpful. Bring on Week 6
