Week 5 run 3 completed

I waited until it was a bit cooler. Completed it and I enjoyed the continually running I feel the interval breaks don’t work for me.

I am going straight to week 6 and excited because as Mike J tells you it’s just a slow jog :)

Going to the gym I think helps with the will power and focus as well as stretching out really well after the run.

Find someone you can send your success to stage by stage it IMO helpful. Bring on Week 6

Well done! Unfortunately you’ve got a couple more runs with walk sections in w6 and they do catch a few people out after the high of w5 so just take it nice and easy. Good luck!
