I just completed week7 which is 25 mins continuous run. I actually took 5 runs to complete week 7 since I couldn't complete 25 mins on two occasions. I realized that when I run without any prior food, I end up feeling exhausted by 20 mins and find it really tough to push it to 25 mins. However when I have some good amount of food, I feel I have more stamina to cover such long distance. Is this fine? Any thoughts?
