Done. I'm actually quite proud of me. Getting abit of lower back ache in my rest days so going to try and do some core work on those days. Heard a strong core is critical for runners? Found some good routines online. I'll see if it helps over the next few weeks x

I've drunk the Kool Aid and I'm behind all the grown ups who are about to pile in here and say that core work is vital. On my non-running days I spend about 30 minutes on three of them just doing core and leg strengthening stuff (planks, bridges, side bridges, one-leg squats, lots of things to choose from). Lots of material on here and the WWW of Wonder.
Ultimately it's core and back that keep all the bits underneath working properly. Good investment and pays dividends quickly.
