Good morning fellow athletes! Well I completed W3 R1 this morning, I run 1st thing after taking children to school as if I leave it until later I always find an excuse not to do it! I really enjoyed the run and was surprised I could do it I know the longest run is only 3 minutes but I’m actually starting to think I can do this! I’m going to stick with it and stop worrying about the next week and doubting myself 😊well that’s how I feel today anyway 😂hope you all have a fab day x

One session at a time. Line em up and knock em down 👍😃

You do this programme slowly and carefully nomhurry, no pressure, no need to push. It’s fantastic and will get you running

Check out the sticky - notes for beginners to the programme

Good luck 🙂👍
