Well I flipping did it! I remember wondering how I was going to run 5 mins never mind 20. Thank goodness for the app and the ability to play your own playlist. I didn’t discover this until week 5, I have been using the podcast. So pleased I did it! Onwards and Upwards 😊

I found the first 20 minutes uninterrupted run was the hardest once you’ve got this far you can do the rest.
